When we dance the Wave of the 5 Rhythms, Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, we tap into our authentic, constantly creative, unpredictable selves. Our movements rise and fall; find definition and provide substance; allow release; and are transformative and healing. When we tap into this essential Wave, we discover how energy moves within us and relish in our discoveries or discover how to transform our energy if desired. Our dance becomes food for body, heart, mind, soul, and spirit.

Through our dance, we understand and become one with the energies of the Essential Wave.

Kierra Foster-Ba studied the 5Rhythms© with Gabrielle Roth, the founder, for 15+ years. Kierra appears in Gabrielle's Power Wave video and in the documentary "Dances of Ecstasy"

Kieraa has been offering 5Rhythms© classes in New York City and expanding her offerings to include Femmel, a movement practice to live drumming. She offers workshops throughout the world including Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the U.S.
