a day-long Solstice 5Rhythms® workshop with Joanne

we gather on the longest day

to observe the Solstice

to resource ourselves and one another

through movement, reflection, and simple ceremony

giving thanks for the places where we have plenty

for the land and waters where we live

releasing and clearing where we are over-full

exploring and re-committing to what is ours to take care of, to learn, to offer, and to live.

Time: 10:30am to 4:00pm

Standard: $90

Supporter: $95 and above

Location: outdoors on the shores of Salt Spring Island, BC ~ exact location to be shared with registration.

The 5Rhythms® is a powerful movement practice which guides participants to re-connect with their own innate body-knowledge, wellness, and wisdom. Each of the 5Rhythms – Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness – is a distinct field of energy-in-motion, and each one holds specific teachings.

Since 2001, Joanne has held a steady space for the growth and evolution of Victoria’s robust 5Rhythms community, and has shared her love of this practice with students throughout the region. She approaches this work with a deep respect for its alchemical nature, and for the unique discovery process of each participant.

50% refund for cancellations on or before July 14th. Full refund, less a 10% admin fee, for cancellations due to illness.
