Ongoing group Online for men.There is some of you asking for that men gathering and I am excited to offer that space for us, a space with movements, with exercises, with share, where I can combine everything that i love to work with, 5 Rhythms, Gestalt, Ritual Theater and Men work.
We create some safe space, safe enough that we can start having a deliberate and intentional act of movement that can lead us toward momentum.
Momentum demands movement, maybe a small step, but a step forward. That is how momentum starts.
This group will take place once a month for a 3 hours format.

NIVEAU WORKSHOP DETAILS
Elective workshops combine the 5Rhythms practice with other disciplines. These workshops hold true to the 5Rhythms Maps and weave in deep investigations that compliment the teachings. This workshop will count as an Elective on the 5Rhythms Dancing Path towards Teacher Training.
