FRIDAY APRIL 14 is OPEN CLASS. EVERYONE IS WELCOMED!

An exploration of the shadow side of the 5Rhythms following the light at the end of the tunnel. The only way out is through as Gabrielle Roth used to say many times.

Dancing our way following the simple and clear map she shared with us, is not only the best way through, but the best way to understand the value of the shadow side of ourselves.

We all experience at times, plenty of inertia, rigidity, confusion, disconnection and numbness. So often we either linger uncomfortably and helplessly in those embarrassing emotional states, or we deny their existence in our day to day life, so as to appear "just fine" to people around us. And in doing so we are discarding the value that is actually intrinsically embedded in them.

Shadows are not bad. Learning about our own shadows is learning more about our vulnerability, and in doing so learning how to find our strength too.

In this workshop we will dance all of this. Together. To find out what might have been hidden by our own shame, to mirror each other without judgement, and to support each other with all our hearts in the journey. Each of us will find our own unique path to make it through.

Just dancing. It could be your first time, it could be that you have done this one hundred times. There is always something shining new to discover or to re-discover in the darkness and in the shadow. We are a work in progress, a constant ever-changing miraculous working in progress, where light and darkness are constantly dancing. Just like stars in the night sky.
