In this 5Rhythms workshop, we will lovingly embody our energetic patterns in relationships. Through greater awareness of how we respond and act, we foster the opportunity to then choose freedom over the habitual. The body never lies and is our wise teacher. Come see and be seen with the eyes of Love.

BONUS: This workshop takes place in a hot springs village… the combination of dance and soaking is simply magical.
