5 Rhythms Sunday Morning Workshop.These times call for steadfast and full-bodied presence, courageous
hearts, clear thinking, and focused movement. Each of us has a role to
play in shaping the world around us. The delicate work of tending to
the inner so that we can show up to help positively shift the outer is a
dynamic dance. People who move from the centre are likely to be
more helpful in good or difficult times. And we can become a mirror
where others see their steadfastness reflected back to them.
