Our greatest longing is one of connection and inspiration.
In this workshop we will ally the Waves and Heartbeat maps of the 5Rhythms practice, rooted in the rhythm of Stillness and the core emotion of Compassion.
We will dance on our own, with another, and as a group experiencing the natural restorative and healing natures of our being.
AANTEKENINGEN
Our venue is the splendid Pistoriho Palace. Workshop times (tbc).
Workshop price is € tbc. Concessions, 5RTA members, Over 60s or Under 25s.
There will be an optional open evening at the same venue, time tbc on Thursday 24th May.
This workshop will count as 1 / 1.5 days of Heartbeat / Waves level towards the 5Rhythms® teachers training path.

NIVEAU WORKSHOP DETAILS
In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
