This workshop invites you into free dance, juicy music, with some guidance. No experience is needed, just your willingness to move and explore.

Through the 5Rhythms, Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, we’ll journey through the landscapes of the body and soul. Each rhythm opens a doorway into a different aspect of your being, awakening your energy and reconnecting you with the wisdom that lives inside.

As we move, we release what’s stuck and rediscover what’s alive. Sometimes we need softness and safety; sometimes we’re called to wildness and expansion. In this space, there is room for both.

Bring yourself, your water bottle and a book&pen for personal notes.
