This one-day workshop explores the magic of instinctual motion and that same magic in intuitive authentic communication. It is for those seeking the depths encountered in being fully present and real with the self and with others, and learning to express and feel much more than we typically do via our social masks and habits. 

(The content is multi-layered and so is suitable for beginners as well as experienced dancers and confident relaters.)

Natalie brings 5Rhythms movement and embodiment, and Arven facilitates the Meisner Technique foundations (Authentic Relating practices with a strong somatic component). We delve into the organic aspects of presence, awareness, connection, and attunement to others, and how to interact naturally - without needing to ‘try’ - from the fullness of the authentic self. The day is a journey of grounding, creativity, spontaneity, and integration. 

Opportunities to move and open the body happen across the musical waves. Some facilitation in movement connection will occur, and also there will be plenty of time to explore and expand your own dance of being - since relationship starts with the self.

Between each wave, we take a creative journey into presence and communication via the profound mysteries of the Meisner dyads (interactive pairs exploring a facilitated creative verbal exchange with a strong somatic aspect). In each dyad you share a different interaction of depth, resonance and expression. Each is a unique opportunity to engage with and integrate new facets of self, as well as become more grounded in how to relate from a space of natural and profound intuition and presence.
