As the seasons shift and we move toward fall, we naturally begin to ask: What matters now? Where is my energy calling me? What am I ready to move toward?

Unleashing the Inner Archer is a one-day 5Rhythms workshop devoted to focus, intention, and direction. Through the fire of Staccato and the power of the heart, we’ll move with clarity and determination toward what matters most.

Building on the work we explored in last year’s workshop, we’ll spend the day uncovering our deepest intentions — the ones that support us, the ones that challenge us, and the ones that call us forward — and putting them into action.

Join us for a day of movement, connection, and discovery as we dance our way into Fall 2026 with greater awareness, purpose, and possibility.
