At the retreat we welcome the exploration of the wild, raw & authentic. This is a retreat for you who want to connect and invite listening to your body language and for the fascination of your dance and your inner world. You get to come close to yourself and together with other women. It is a unique opportunity to be many days in this sisterhood and weave life together.

SPRING!

We gater in spring and get to enjoy the wonderful retreatplace at Möllan. We dance twice sessions a day. We will also dance in nature with silent disco headphones. This is a unique experience that is deep for many, as we can move with all our senses and feel close to nature and the outer landscape.

In the free time there is room to explore the magical nature, enjoy the sauna, take a dip in the lake, kayak or SUP on the lake.

5Rhythms is a movement practice founded by Gabrielle Roth. It is a map of how energy moves in the body and through the rhythms of flow, stackato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. Come explore, there are no steps to learn or follow, anyone can join this practice.

My dance rooms are imbued with trust in the wisdom, power and healing of dance and movement.
