This journey is about the masculine energy within us. We are tired of a masculine energy that arms us and wears us down. But can there be an alternative—one that is authoritative but not authoritarian?

Five teachers have agreed to offer their path toward the new. Today, we are thrilled to introduce the second master on this journey of rediscovery:

Thierry combines Dance, Theater, and Gestalt Therapy to lead groups with a unique, humorous, and deeply grounded touch. His work with the ManKind Project makes him an influential voice on conscious masculinity.

His Day Lab will focus on: ✨ Grounding · Embodiment · Spontaneity ✨

The Heart of the Lab: Movement guides us toward Embodiment (Being Fully in the Body), breath by breath, step by step, cutting through the noise until we meet the truth that lives within us. From this grounded place, we open ourselves to Spontaneity and expression in a playful and honest dialogue.
