Boundless Waves is a weekly 5Rhythms® class in the heart of Berkeley, held by a rotating collective of 5Rhythms® teachers from across the Bay Area, each bringing their own depth, style, and years of devotion to this practice. What unites us is a shared trust in what becomes possible when people move together. Each Friday is like a treat with a particular flavor of the same delicious ice cream, as one dancer said.
