Coming Home Waves This class is an open invitation to come home to your body. An invitation to fully inhabit your body and dance with it as only you can. An invitation to step out of the narrowness of your mind and into the shape-shifting fluid possibilities of your body. Won’t you join me and let the gentle waves of the morning carry you home?
