BESCHRIJVING

When we put our bodies into motion we become waves of infinite possibility, forming and reforming ourselves in every moment. Embodied Waves invites us to dive deep into our experience as individual, as partner, and as part of the group. This is a large, high energy class.

NOTE: In May this class will be a 3 hour mini-workshop called Hum, involving sound and movement.

In June there will be no Embodied Waves class as I will be holding a one-day Workshop, LAYERS, CELLS, & CONSTELLATIONS. See my workshops for a description of this workshop theme.

All Embodied Waves classes count towards 5Rhythms teacher training prerequisite hours. $20 at the door, $15 first timers and those in need.

AANTEKENINGEN

This class meets on 2nd Saturdays from Sept-June. However these dates occasionally shift and our December mini-workshop is on first Saturday. In July or August we meet on 2nd Sundays DOWNSTAIRS at Summit Church where there is air conditioning :-)
