Join our new 5Rhythms online class - inviting national and international 5Rhythms teachers to come, teach and dance with our Melbourne community. We all teach the 5Rhythms map - but we each have our unique way of teaching, our individual medicine, our own flavour of dancing, our own fingerprints. Join our lab, and be part of the experiment - crossing borders, cross-pollinating ideas, and opening channels of communication and expression. It's a co-creation and co-lab-oration! All welcome.
