Our class is a journey in movement through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness - essential patterns and energy forms, each with their own medicine and teachings accessible through your spontaneous expression in dance guided by a lovingly curated wave of music with orienting facilitation.
