5Rhythms Dance is a dynamic movement practice that ignites creativity, connection and community.

There are no steps to follow and there is no way to do it wrong.

You can dance fast or slow, big or small. You simply move as the music moves you.

You will be guided through the music with soft instructions in order to deepen your engagement and broaden the sensing of your body.
