BESCHRIJVING
A beautiful round space to dance in. Space to lighten, energize, release, stretch, and shake off the day. Land inside your body. Open to beginners and dance lovers alike. 5Rhythms are a simple yet profound map for the curious, the shy, the wild and the courageous. No experience necessary, only a willingness to move. Wear comfy clothes, bring a water bottle. All welcome. Best to check with Sarah about end of July/August classes as there is a pause end of July until end of August this year. Please email dancetherhythms@gmail.com Our venue is Sharrow Performing Arts Space fo in person classes. Cost is £10 / session . Occasionally in the summer we dance outdoors in a different space. This class has been running for years and grown a lovely community and newcomers are really welcome.
