THURSDAY WAVES is an in person class.Come and dance Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms in this energetic, expansive and graceful space. Using the dynamic movement practice we will renew and find fresh ways of being with ourselves, with another and amongst the whole group.
The Wave is a physical practice combining the different rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. The large church has a light oak floor, subtle lighting and powerful sound system along with a stunning depth and quality of stillness.

Weekly drop in class. Entry by main church doors opening at 7.40pm with class running from 8pm to 10pm.
Our space guidelines are as follows:
Access is by main church front doors between 7.40pm to 8.15pm. (No entry outside these times.)
The main space has a heated sprung oak floor.
Please bring full water bottle. Top ups can be accessed via the kitchen if needed.
We recommend you wear dance clothes underneath where possible and bringing extra layers is advisable.
As the temperature drops the underfloor heating will kick in.
Any physical contact inside the church is consensual.
Price is sliding scale £20 / £16 / £13 / £11 Conc. Payment accepted by Card, Cash or via PayPal upon entry.
Venue is on the corner Hillmarton Road with Penn Road, West Holloway, N7 9RE, a 5 minute walk from Caledonian Road tube (Piccadilly Line). Buses outside the door include 17, 91. 259 & 393.
