5Rhythms Adelaide has been running since 2011.

Our dance community continues to grow and it is so awesome to have you a part of it.

Monthly Workshops alternate between Aldinga and Adelaide venues, so please be sure to confirm your venue on your ticket.

The Dance runs 6-9pm

To support a safe container and also to allow the support team to dance, the Doors Close at 6.30 sharp

Taught by certified 5Rhythms teacher Rivka Worth and Guest teachers. All classes count toward Teacher Training Pre-Requisites.
