This is a basic class in movement, we move to the maps of Gabrielle Roth which are Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. We learn to be grounded in our feet,gentle movement in the hips, allowing our heads and body to be free, joyful, playful movement in our arms and hands, and finding our inner peace! Join us for this movement class exploration. No dance experience is necessary, just a willingness to discover yourself through the body! I look forward to moving and meeting you on the dance floor!
