Weekly, Every Friday - Begins 7:30pm Please arrive on time

An exciting, uplifting and spirited weekly event, moving through the Waves Map of the 5Rhythms - no experience needed..

There are no steps to learn, no choreography and instead with some guidance and the wisdom of the body you are encouraged to allow new realities to emerge from the body as the music guides you through the 'Waves' 5Rhythms Map to allow increased conscious connection of your body and soul with life.

Please bring water, no shoes or talking during the class.

This is a conscious movement class, high energy and experiential. No drugs, alcohol or other mind altering substances which could get in the way of a truly embodied experience.
