This is a two-hour 5Rhythms® movement meditation ritual, where body, breath, and music merge with the descending sun. Through 5Rhythms cosmology: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, we enter the fire of transformation and the waters of release. As light turns to gold, we transmute tension into freedom, resistance into rhythm, and movement into medicine. This is a space to dissolve, to awaken, and to remember the wisdom living in your bones.All Welcome 16+ No experience needed - just willingness to move and breathe.
About 5Rhythms®
5Rhythms® is a free-form movement practice created by Gabrielle Roth in the late 1970s. It is a guided movement meditation based on the somatic principles of the 5Rhythms® map — Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness — offering a pathway to presence, self-expression, and embodied awareness. There are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong. The practice invites you to listen to your body, follow its impulses, and allow music to guide your movement. Every session is an opportunity to move, explore, and experience transformation in motion.
5Rhythms® transcends dance — movement is the medicine, the meditation, and the metaphor. Together, we peel back layers, lay down our masks, and dance until we dissolve into the flow.
