BESCHRIJVING

The Listening Body

An 8-Week Online 5Rhythms Container.

Each week, we gather online to move - not to perform, not to get it "right," but to listen. To what the body is holding. To what wants to be released. To what's asking to rise and move through.

This is an open container. There's no fixed curriculum, no perfect way to show up - just a weekly invitation to arrive as you are, connect with others on the same path, and let the 5Rhythms map/cosmology guide you back into your body.

Over these 8 weeks, we'll build a rhythm of our own - a shared practice of showing up, moving, and listening together, wherever we each are in the world.

What to expect:

Weekly live sessions via Zoom

Guided movement through the 5Rhythms

Space to connect, share, and be witnessed

Recordings available after each session for those who can't make it live

No dance experience needed. Just a willingness to move and listen.

This is a container, not a course.
