We will be moving through the 5 Rhythms, exploring in depth their energy and hidden treasures, letting them teach us their wisdom. We’ll learn how to move fluidly from one to the other and call on each of them as needed.
Each of the 5 Rhythms offers different gifts, ways to shape us and make us more awake and present to what is unfolding in our lives. Each of the Rhythms is a medicine and brings healing. Each of the Rhythms and the ability to move fluidly from one to the other brings more choices in our lives and lets us find our way to our freedom.
We'll explore one rhythm in more detail each evening, in tandem with the fifth rhythm, to give us the opportunity to taste, in stillness, the resonance of each rhythm, its flavor, its energy.
Monday, October 21: Flowing & Stillness
Tuesday October 22: Staccato & Stillness
Wednesday, October 23: Chaos & Stillness
Thursday, October 24: Lyrical & Stillness
The week's 4 sessions form a continuous exploration. And each one will be different, allowing us to dive into a unique space.
It is possible to participate in all sessions or come to 3, 2 or 1 session.
5Rhythms drop-in class. Welcome to join. No experience is needed. No registration is needed.

Parking possible in the courtyard of the school Chaussée de Boondael 216.

Fee: 20 Euros per session payable at the door.
90 euros for 5 sessions.
