Welcome to Sunday's 5Rhythms Body Prayer with Ruth Hirst 

NB - From Sunday April 26th - we're in a temporary home, whilst the partitions, of the dance studios (our usual dancing home at Acland Burghley School) are fixed. We have been at a temporary venue - La Sainte Union - whilst this is being fixed. Due to exams happening in La Sainte Union - we have another venue change. 

Venue: 

LA SAINTE UNION, Copin Hall, Entrance Opp No's 12 - 14 Croftdown Road, London, NW5 1RP.

Nearest tubes: Gospel Oak (8 mins walk - easiest to get to)

Kentish Town - then get a bus - 5 mins: C11, 88 or 214 Bus stop: Parliament Hill Fields - (1 min walk)

Tufnell Park (15 mins walk)

Free parking in courtyard of school & on nearby streets.

Time: 11.30am - 1.30pm. Doors open 11.15am/11.20am. 

Close at 12.00pm. If you're running late, you won't be turned away

We'll move through the 5Rhythms landscape to invite and include awareness, attention, intentions, invocations, offerings, whatever is whispering, calling to you, in the journey of your dance. Listen to how your body is calling you back into movement. You can't get this practice wrong. 

A space to include everything - to move with, lean into, release, re-energise, ignite, transform  - coming back to the essence of who you are. It's your dance....come bring your curiosity and let's DANCE!
