This class offers a safe, judgement-free space to explore the five rhythms—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—as gateways to freedom, expression, and healing.

As you find new ways to move on the dance floor, so as you find new ways to be and move through life.

No choreography, no experience needed—just bring your breath, your body, and your curiosity. Come dance your way back to yourself!
