5Rhythms Waves: Sundays in Motion is an invitation to step into your own becoming.

5Rhythms is a dynamic movement meditation practice. A path of embodied presence to awaken the dancer in everyone. 

Guided by the teachings of Gabrielle Roth, this practice moves us through the Rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. 

Each Rhythm is a doorway into a deeper relationship with yourself, each other, and the world. Moving through the Rhythms in sequence is called a Wave. 

The Wave is a journey, supporting us as we explore our vast interior landscape, track our experiences through the body, and return home to the wisdom of our moving selves.

We move what is alive and moving us. There is no choreography, no steps to follow. All bodies, all identities, and all levels of experience are welcome. 

Come as you are.
