 Sweat Your Prayers® is a minimally facilitated movement practice through the 5Rhythms®:map pf Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. "Sweat Your Prayers" is a book and a core movement practice within 5Rhythms, which is a dynamic movement meditation method created by musician and theater artist Gabrielle Roth. Founder of 5Rhythms® 
The phrase captures the core philosophy of her work: “To sweat is to pray, to make an offering of your innermost self. Sweat is holy water, prayer beads, pearls of liquid that release your past  A "Sweat Your Prayers" event is typically a lightly facilitated workshop or gathering. Unlike introductory classes, there is minimal spoken instruction.
