There is power in showing up again and again

for the dance, for your body, for your life.

In this 6 month closed group, we will step into the “raw somatics” of empowering 

5Rhythms® maps: 

Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. 

Through movement, repetition, and focused attention, we will explore the unique energy of each rhythm and the way it moves through body, heart, mind, and spirit.

This is a dedicated container, 

the same group, 

the same space, month after month. 

Deepening trust, depth, and connection to grow. 

Each time we meet, we return to the ground of the practice, 

deepening our understanding of ourselves and of each rhythm’s medicine.

We will explore:

👣 Flowing – Grounding into the earth, finding your roots, your breath, your belonging.

👣 Staccato – Clarifying your boundaries, embodying your passion, speaking through the body.

👣 Chaos – Letting go, shaking loose what no longer serves, opening to freedom.

👣 Lyrical – Rising into lightness, possibilities, and new perspectives.

👣 Stillness – Listening deeply, integrating, resting in presence.

This is a commitment to yourself 

to keep showing up, 

to be witnessed, 

to witness others, and to remember the truth & wisdom that lives in your body.

Once we become fully alive, we can fully show up wherever we go.
