Dancing into The 5 Rhythm’s (R) Wave, Flowing, Staccato, Chaos , Lyrical & Stillness is our gateway and map to the deeper and richer aspects of who we are and what we know and will know.

No matter how many times we have danced , there is always something to explore, offer and receive.Sometimes we think we know something until we visit it again. Here is to love and finding and trusting our feet as we move through this earth plane.

Movement and conscious authentic touch bring us back to the harmony and healing of known and unknown layers of physical, emotional , spiritual and mental awareness.

All levels of movement experience welcome.

Conscious -authentic touch is non sexual.

Please bring your curiosity and willingness to explore the innate knowledge and history of you.

We each take full responsibility for a safe environment on and off the dance floor.

No street shoes allowed on dance floor .

Bring a water bottle, wear layers of clothing for warm up and cool down. Wear soft soled shoes, socks or dance in bare feet.

For decades the teachings of the 5 Rhythms have asked us all to let go of social talking on the dance floor, so we can fully show up into the deeper divinity and beloved Beings hat we all are.
