🕺🏻💃🏻 Bring a partner or friends and make it into a night out in the beautiful Quay Bellerive.

What is this dance class about?

For 4 weeks on Friday night, we’ll unwind and untangle from stress and find relaxation. While allowing to breathe-in deeply, soothing our nervous system and feeling at ease with ourselves by allowing the body to move how it wants to move.

How do we loosen up and make yourself at home in your body? Try and experience the medicine of the 5RHYTHMS Wave and learn how to relax, release and have fun with movement and dance.

This class is perfect for those that are new to dance. All levels of dance experience are welcome. 5Rhythms is free from steps or moves to follow. Instead, it encourages you to find your own rhythm, to listen to your body and let it guide you.

Join us on Fridays 17 + 24 NOV, 1 + 8 DEC.

Upper Studio IPA, in Quay Bellerive.

What to bring?

Just bring yourselves, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to let go.

We can’t wait to dance with you all and explore the freedom of expression. Let’s make our weekends more meaningful and fun.

Door opens 20min before class starts with music to settle in. Please allow time for parking, checking in, and preparing for movement.
