BESCHRIJVING

This Friday, we come home to our bodies, dancing the "Maps to Ecstasy" by Gabrielle Roth. These carefully crafted maps have guided moving bodies through lands that include 5Rhythms, Ecstatic dance, Dance Your Ability among many others.

We will start from the beginning, from where we are now. Our beautiful group is inclusive... all kinds of beings, bodies, and abilities welcome.

We will move through the valleys of walking meditation, the mirroring ice caves, the flaming ego shows, the peaks of bliss, and enjoy each other´s company as we adventure. Using our moving center as compass and our hearts as energy source.

Where we will end? Back at the beginning, with the wisdom of our ecstatic souls well anchored into our juicy bodies.

Every Friday we will explore different body-scapes depending on how we arrive.

Exchange (choose one from below):

Money: 15€ for one session. 50€ for five sessions.

People: Bring someone new, get your next session free.

Time: 2 hours of your time gardening, helping with events, make an offer...

Reception: Help with reception for at least one month in exchange for free sessions (contact Seraf to arrange.)
