Gail discovered the 5Rhythms in 1995 and completed the teacher training with Gabrielle Roth in 2005. She has led 5Rhythms classes in ME, NH, AK and VT.  Her understanding of the Rhythm Wave continues to evolve as she deepens into her work as a Trager® practitioner and energy healing practitioner in Waterbury VT.
