Before I was ten, I was inspired by Donald O,Connor and Fred Astairs to let my body fly. I discovered Parkour ('Free Running') and I DID fly. I started yoga and learned how to control the body (maybe more than I needed). -In my twenties I moved to Australia and learned to move to the energies of the Elements and the Chakras. We called it 'Ritual Movement'. -I learned a version of Tai Chi Chuan known as 'The Warriors Dance'. This (again) taught me respect and how to move without fear. -In my thirties I started building and restoring houses and learned how feeling responds to space, colour and sound. -I started a family and learned about finding myself through others. - In my forties I lost myself and learned some suffering. -In my fifties I dived into Buddhism and learned how to free the mind and regained my sense of humour. -In my sixties I discovered the 5Rhythms of Gabrielle Roth and started putting it all together. -I was looking for retirement and found myself starting a new wave. OUT OF STILLNESS COMES FLOWING.
