Movement is a primary expression of life!
In my earliest childhood memories I see myself wirling and dancing through the living room.
In 2006 I immersed into the 5rhythms and have been dancing incessantly ever since!
The 5rhythms are for me a laboratory in which I explore questions like:
What moves me? What do I perceive when I move? How do I experience myself in movement?
