              Much of what we experience in life is manifested in our bodies. Our emotions and thoughts are directly connected to our body parts and the history of these experiences shape and define our posture, our form and our character.

            This Heartbeat workshop will be an opportunity to explore these embodied relationships and to rewire these neural pathways and reintegrate emotional & structural patterns. It is an opportunity to investigate the shapes and contractions our bodies have taken as we inhibited or tried to hide our instinctive responses. If it is true that our hearts hold the ultimate key to our well being, then exploring and releasing trapped or repressed emotions can help us to realign our physical bodies.
