The Zone.... we've all had a taste of that blissful place while doing sports or dancing, being in nature, meditating... time seems to stop and we are deliciously present. At times a gift from Grace, this state can consciously be invited through the energetic portals of the 5Rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.This workshop focuses on the physical gateways to each rhythm, opening the possibilities for deeper access to ecstatic trance beyond the mind. Insights gained from this practice are life tools.

Open to ALL levels of experience and abilities.

Closest large airport is Salt Lake City, UT. It’s a 2.5 hour drive from there. Accommodation is up each individual with many hotels in town having their own hot springs available for guests. Ride shares are also possible as you won’t need a car once in town. Most people stay Sunday night after the workshop to enjoy another deep soak!
