It is said that at this time of the year, 

the veil between the earth and the spirit world,  the gateway is wide  open. 

This will be beautiful time to:

PAUSE

Time chosen for ourselves to unplug from the constant input of the world and plug into the deeper layers of self care, nourishment, prayer and rest.

The nature of this beautiful place will hold our bodies and our hearts.

To let our bodies soak in the earth and sky; uninterrupted by streetlights or city noise.

As we deepen our dance and reflect on our feminine and masculine lineage.

How are our mother wound and father wounds affecting our lives now?

Archaic Prayer is time to reflect back upon our lineage and life story.

Offering the kind of prayer that will emerge from our bones.

Allowing our stories to unravel.

To be heard and witnessed.

We will create ceremony meaningful to us.

Breathe into places that unconsciously drain our life force.

Dance ourselves back into a victory state.

VICTORY is a mastery in a struggle against odds or difficulties.

Whatever our story or history. Our deepest roots are not fixed to a particular place, but soul entwined in deep remembrance to our interconnectedness and the power of creative renewal.

WE ARE ALL INDIGENOUS TO MOTHER EARTH. Earth will always restore us if we deeply surrender.

WE WILL WARM OUR BODIES &  HEARTS WITH FIRE OF OUR DANCE AND REAL FIRE THROUGH the 5Rhythms® maps. 

This retreat will be :

Every day we will dance two Waves.

Enjoy 3 meals together.

Every day time will be allowed for  SOLO TIME.

Be it walks in the woods, having a nap or  just rest by the fire to enjoy tea and reading.

Gaunts house has a policy of no phones in the communal areas.
