Avatar (from Sanskrit) refers to: 1. the Hindu concept of the incarnation - embodiment in flesh, or phyiscal manifestation, of the essence of a superhuman being, or a deity on earth; 2. an icon or figure representing a particular person in a video game, or internet forum; 3. a film depicting the story of the Na’vi - the tall, cyan blue, and bioluminescent humanoids, the indigenous inhabitants, who must protect their home Pandora, from humans.

This is your invitation to delve into the source of your creative energy, to awaken the flow of your life force, and to tenderly weave new light through the 5Rhythms map. We’ll dance to incarnate - embody in flesh - the sacred archetypes, calling in the divine masculine and feminine within each of us. Breath and somatic explorations will offer insights and assist in visualising an internal picture or holographic image of our essential, energetic selves. 

Natalie Poole is a certified 5Rhythms teacher, dance-movement therapy associate, birth attendant and mother. Natalie is a 5RTA member - all classes and workshops with her count towards the 5Rhythms teacher training path (this workshop counts as a full weekend 15 hour workshop).
