A fresh start! Yes, believe it and it is yours .

The Lunar New Year, Metal Rat, starts on January 25th. The Rat is the first sign from the 12 animals cycle of the Chinese Astrology, and for this reason, 2020 is considered a year of new beginnings and renewals.

How exciting! What aspect of your life could use a refresh, a going back to the drawing board and re-writing the story? 

Through the 5Rhythms map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, we embody change, learning to be more fluid and flexible in body, heart and mind. We also perceive our patterns where we might be stuck, rigid and self-limiting. When we bring embodied consciousness to our habits, we empower our ability to shift patterns that no longer serve us.

Come dressed to MOVE as the Intention you are planting: Abundance, Love, Peace, More Free Time, Authenticity, Commitment to Health…. This is a playful, optional invitation. It’s not about wearing a cumbersome costume (or one that sheds please.) 

We will have a 1 hr tea/snack break. Some healthy snacks will be provided.
