Warm welcome to three creative exploration daysaround the theme of Being a woman now - what does it mean? - for you?
What qualities does our feminine energy hold?
The creative principle - how do I experience it?
Do I fail to activate parts of my feminine energy?
Do I judge any feminine qualities negatively?
Are there keys here to restore an inner balance and harmony?
Can understanding the feminine energy improves the relationship with my body?
It's all about the relationship with yourself. You are perfect beyond values and assessments, beyond the mind.
Together we look at being a Woman and each one gets to see it in
relationship with oneself. We will move to music to get in touch
with the body. We will also do breathing exercises to increase the absorption of life energy.
