Nährende Tanztage im Schwarzwald - Auftanken im Schosse der Natur"It is in nature where we truely connect with mother earth and ourselves" (Shikoba)
An diesem wunderschönen und abgeschiedenen Ort, inmitten der herrlichen Natur des Schwarzwlades - Vögel zwitschern, der Bach plätschert, der Duft des angrenzenden Waldes bezierzt unsere Sinne - dürfen wir eintauchen in die Weisheit der Mutter Erde. DIe Wurzeln tief in der Erde verankert, sie geben uns Halt und Vertrauen, um unser Herz immer weiter zu öffnen, dem Himmerl entgegen.
In unseren Tänzen dient uns die Landkarte der 5 Rhythmen, um die Qualitäten der einzelnen Natur Elemente: die Erde, das Feuer, das Wasser, die Luft und den Äther in uns zu erforschen und uns neu aufzuladen. Wir werden auch immer wieder Übungen draußen verbringen, eine Kombination aus Tanz und erlebter Natur.
Es wird 2 Tanzsessions geben, ca. 5,5h Tanz pro Tag plus Sessions in der Natur.

Nourrishing Dancing Days in the BLACK FOREST - recharge in nature
"It is nature where we truely connect with mother earth and ourselves" (Shikoba)
In this wonderful place on earth, surrounded by nature - birds are singing, the little stream is plashing, the perfume of the forest is spoiling your senses... here we are able to dive into the wisdom of Mother Earth. Roots deeply anchored in the eath, nourrishing, holding us, it allows us to open our hearts towards the sky.
We use the map of the 5 Rhythms to dive into the different qualities of the elements: earth, fire, water, air and ether. Exploring these energies in our bodies, our dances. We will combine the danceing sessions with sessions in nature.
I have planned 2 dancing sessions (in the morning and in the evening) and excercises in nature... and a lot of time in between.
The Seminar House "Hensellek" offers a wonderful space to relax and recharge.
