Blossom, gardening the Heart

Let us look at our heart as our inner garden. Let’s spend some time there to discover how it is like. Be still and wonder. Where comes the sunlight, where are the shadow places? Where is it wet and where wild? And where is it really fertile? 

Once you get to know its places you might want to cut down some plants in order to make space for others. For the ones you really like. You can even plant some seeds.

Make sure the waters are flowing.

And then it takes your daily dedication to stay present with whatever is growing.

This is a 5Rhythms dance workshop. Through dance we will discover our inner garden. It is in our bodies that we will do this work on clarity and creativity. It will be start of the spring, plant some seeds and set the intentions with clarity. Focus on flow and staccato and let your heart blossom.
