Body is the door. Behind the door, we find peace, spaciousness, spirit, refuge, divine…
To reach there is so simple, but also so easy to get lost ! We are used to look far away, but all is already here when body and mouvement meet together.
This workshop will invite our body in motion, it will give us permission to find our deepest being. This is where our soul is, just behind the door
