A space to reconnect with the body through movement, breath, presence and conscious contact.

Through 5Rhythms®, Contact Improvisation, Yoga and Tantra, we will explore embodiment, vital energy, grounding, vulnerability, connection and authentic expression in a safe and respectful environment.

The retreat is open to all levels.

No previous experience is required.

All practices are guided with respect for consent, personal boundaries and individual freedom.
