5Rhythms dance and the creation of a vision board weave together, in a magical and grounded way.

The day starts with warm-up dance, to connect with the body and the here and now.

Then you reflect on the year that has passed, notice the highlights and let go of what you want to release. You do this in a symbolic way, through movement and dance.

Then you will hear a horoscope for the new year, giving you an overview that applies to all signs.

Next you choose your objectives for the year and give them a visual form in a fun and creative way. The outcome is a vision board that can be an inspiration and encouragement throughout the year.

Finally there is a dance for the dreams and your new year.

It´s for everyone. You do not have to be an artist or a dancer. All that matters is a longing to listen to the voice within and trust the flow.
