CIRCLE – 3-DAY WORKSHOP WITH MARTINA AND ANŽE

I invite you to join us at the workshop in Bled. This 3-day workshop will support you to connect and harmonize with your circle, learn about other circles and synchronize with circulation in the nature, which at this time of the year calms down, colors purple-red-orange and turns inward.

In the safe environment of the group, I invite you to dance it out and enjoy the gifts of 5Rhythms Gabrielle Roth's circular map offers each of us. A circle as an inspiration, where I connect with my center and circle within my axis, in rhythm of Flowing. A circle as a place where we meet and create something more than I can do alone in the rhythm of Staccato. The circle as a space for creation of group Chaos, where everyone contributes their own piece of dance, of the world and together we create an experience that is greater than all of us together. The circle in my eyes, the circle in your eyes and the movement of all the circles within us, between us and beyond, between the sun and the moon and the stars are the qualities of awareness of the Lyrical rhythm. The aspect of the circle as a symbol without beginning and end is the quality of awareness of the rhythm of Stillness.

Welcome to celebrate life together in the here and now, give thanks for the gifts of the summer and welcome autumn, and dance together into the transition between seasons.

The retreat will take place in Bled, a tourist gem of world proportions on the edge of Triglav National Park, which was nominated for the New Seven Wonders of the World. It is distinguished by its mild, healing climate and thermal springs of lake water. We will dance in a cozy warm hall with a wooden floor, which is reserved only for our group.

WORKSHOP PROGRAM

Starts on Friday, 19th of September 2025 at 17.30. Finishes on Sunday, 21st of September at 16.30. You will receive a detailed schedule after registration.

Open meeting will take place on Friday 19th September from 17.30 to 20.00, registration will be possible from 17.00 onwards.

Martina and Anže are members of the International Association of 5Rhythms Teachers (5Rhythms Global). Martina has 17 years of experience teaching art, working in the theater and with intuitive singing. For the eleven year in a row, she leads regular weekly classes in Ljubljana, leads multi-day workshops in Slovenia and abroad. She teaches with passion, combining knowledge and inspiration. In year 2022, she completed the training for the level of working with emotions (Heartbeat) and remains a dedicated student of the 5Rhythms practice.

Anže has been dancing 5Rrhythms for more than ten years, and five four years in a row he leads regular weekly classes in Ljubljana. In 2021, he completed training for a 5Rhythm teacher, Waves level. He is a social worker by profession, with a degree in Family Constellations. He is in love with football, mountains, travels and dives into cold water. Anže and Martina are dedicated researchers of the 5Rhythms method and are in love with life.
