BESCHRIJVING
"Clarity is momentum that has no resistance in it." - Esther HicksOn this workshop we'll put our focus on the clarity of our movements. We all have clarity in us. In our physical existence we are already clear in our presence. We are either here, or there, we are either moving or not. There is no grey zone. Sometimes we just don't notice this.
When we start listening to the simple and clear expressions of our bodies we learn a lot about ourselves. And when we are aware of what's happening within us, then we will be able to let our bodies talk more clearly towards others. We will be able to support our clarity instead of preventing it.
Because
clarity
is
simple.
Really.
Finding more clarity doesn't mean that we need to do more. On the contrary: we need to do less.
We will work with the movement map of Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms with a special care on staccato. We will be honoring our movements, exploring the structures of our bodies, viewing our movements as we view a piece of art. As we practice this movement meditation clarity will emerge without effort. The warm rays of our attention will ripen the movements of our bodies into vivid perfection.
Everybody is welcome who are willing to work on their clarity. No dance experience is needed and you can participate with any level of physical skills or capabilities. I had people on the dance floor so old they could barely walk, but they could dance beautifully. I had blind participant and mothers in their 8th month of pregnancy. So you need better excuses than these for not coming! :)
